Lindsay Lohan was Lindsay Lohan was was caught by a surveillance camera on October 17 at a Washington, D.C., club pouring herself what appears to be grey goose Vodka mixed with Redbull, and drinking it. Lohan was in rehab for drugs and alcohol addiction in 2007 three times. Lohan was at a club where Samantha Ronson was doing her DJ thing. Alcoholics shouldn’t be hanging out in clubs filled with alcohol, unless they intend to give in to temptation.

It’s no wonder Lohan hasn’t been able to find work, got fired from her latest job, and has been reportedly been fighting with Samantha. Alcohol brings out the worst in people.

Lindsay can’t blame the media for what she’s doing to her life. What’s just as bad as Lindsay drinking again, is the fact that Samantha is a co-dependent who is enabling Lindsay, rather than helping her. That’s not love, that a sickness.

Lindsay Lohan Allegedly Drives Drunk while on a Rehab Break

Lindsay Lohan's publicist has fired back at the mother of a young fan after the 40-something New Yorker alleged the Mean Girls star was driving drunk after a Hollywood party.

Ellen Morrissey has gone public with her nightmare Lohan encounter, claiming the troubled actress reeked of alcohol as she sped off, almost hitting the mother and her daughter Erin, 13, after the teenager asked to have her photo taken with the star.

Speaking to America's National Enquirer, Morrissey recalls spotting Lohan outside celebrity hang-out the Hotel Roosevelt at 2:30am on February 18 when the actress was on a break from rehab.

She ran up to Lohan and begged her to pose for a picture with her daughter, a huge fan.

Morrissey says, "Lindsay was holding a glass of clear liquid with a wedge of lemon in it, and she seemed to slur when she spoke. She also appeared to stagger to her car."

After initially agreeing to pose for the snapshot, Lohan then sped off in her Mercedes, prompting the Morrisseys to jump out of the way.

But Lohan's representatives are playing the incident down, stating, "Ellen Morrissey should be more concerned about her daughter being up at 2:30am than about Lindsay."

Lindsay Lohan Released From Rehab

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab Access Hollywood can reveal.

The actress left Wonderland rehab in Los Angeles earlier today after completing a 30 day stay, the actress' publicist Leslie Sloane-Zelnick told Access exclusively.

"She will continue as an outpatient," Sloane-Zelnick told Access' Michael Lewittes. "She will take it day by day."

"She's in it for the long haul, and she asks that her privacy be respected," the publicist added.

Lohan checked herself into rehab in early January days after reports surfaced she passed out at a post-Golden Globes soiree.

In early 2004, an 18-year-old Lindsay denied any drug use.

"People are going to think I'm this crazy girl and everything and they've said I've danced on tables and everything. It's just so silly," she said at the time. "If they write I'm doing drugs and stuff, that's stupid. I know I don't do that. I have a sister and a family. I know that from personal family experience and I've seen other people go through that. I know better than that.:

In October 2004, however, Lohan was hospitalized for exhaustion – followed by a sprained ankle, an asthma attack, stitches in her leg and a sliced finger in April 2006.

Paparazzi run-ins became regular occurrences for Lindsay and when she was hospitalized once again in July 2006 for heat exhaustion on the set of "Georgia Rule." The movie's producer sent Lohan a scathing letter reprimanding her partying.

"We really take it with a grain of salt," Lindsay's mom Dina told Access Hollywood.

But while Lindsay's mom wasn't concerned, her co-star Jane Fonda was.

"I just want to take her in my arms and hold her until she's grown up," Fonda
said.

Late in 2006, a 20-year-old Lindsay admitted to attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

Lindsay Lohan hasn't had the easiest of starts to the New Year, but the talented 20-year-old was back on sprightly form as she lensed thriller I Know Who Killed Me in California this week. And judging by the on-set laughs it seems there's finally plenty for her to smile about.



Filming on the new movie, which co-stars French beauty Julia Ormond, was halted in January after Lindsay had to undergo surgery to remove her appendix. Then, when she recently checked into an LA rehab facility, there were more worries for the production team. But time-out has clearly done wonders for the starlet, who is now back to a full workload.



The fun-loving actress entered the clinic in mid-January in what she called a "proactive decision to take care of my personal health", and a friend now says Lindsay is "the happiest she has ever been".



Once shooting on this film wraps, the actress won't be throwing herself into a new project straight off. While she'll be doing the publicity rounds for her flick Georgia Rules, Lindsay has pulled out of A Woman Of No Importance which stars Annette Bening. "She doesn't want to just yes to everyone and compromise herself any more," says her publicist. "If anything has been learned, it's that what she needs comes first - and right now she needs focus."

Lindsay Lohan, who entered rehab last month, has backed out of an upcoming movie, "A Woman of No Importance," her rep confirms. "She doesn't want to just yes everyone and compromise herself anymore," says her publicist, Leslie Sloane.



"If anything has been learned, it's that what she needs comes first – and right now she needs focus." Currently Lohan is working on "I Know Who Killed Me," which had to halt filming for a short time when she had surgery to get her appendix removed, and then later entered the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles. Rather than jumping from movie to movie, Lohan plans to take it easy for a few weeks, according to Sloane, who adds: "It's a mature thing to do. ... She's doing this so she can focus on getting better."



However, that doesn't mean that the actress won't be working. She has upcoming commitments to do publicity for her film, "Georgia Rule". "A Woman of No Importance," stars Annette Bening, with whom Lohan was scheduled to work on Freaky Friday – until Bening bowed out of the role that was eventually played by Jamie Lee Curtis. "Lindsay is sad that she's unable to finally get to work with Annette, because she's a huge fan and respects her," says Sloane.

Lindsay & Brody: Text Love?

Rehab isn't getting rid of Lindsay Lohan's appetite for hot guys.

Usmagazine.com has learned that Lohan, 20, who entered L.A.'s Wonderland rehab center on Jan. 18 to treat her addiction issues, has been sending bachelor-about-town Brody Jenner, 23, sexy text messages for the last couple weeks.

We've eye-balled one particularly flirtatious sext-message that Lohan sent Jenner - former flame of Kristin Cavallari, Nicole Richie and Lauren Conrad - last Saturday night in which the 12-stepper, among other requests, texted that all she wanted was "McDonald's and sex."

When asked by Usmagazine.com to comment on Lohan's textual pursuit, Jenner, who just signed a deal to be a spokesman for Scope mouthwash, said, "Sorry, dude. I don't text and tell."

A rep for Lohan couldn't be reached for comment.

Lindsay Wrecks Wonderland

Lindsay Lohan's arrival at the Wonderland rehab clinic has driven fellow residents out.



The 'Mean Girls' star is believed to have been given special privileges - including being able to leave the clinic - and this has forced staff to allow Lindsay's fellow residents the same leniency.



A former resident - who recently checked out early from Wonderland - told gossip website TMZ: "I left early because of Lindsay Lohan. Since she started getting special treatment, so has everybody else.



"Wonderland has become a joke. While I'm trying to save my life, she's trying to save her face."
The 20-year-old actress checked herself into the Wonderland Center, in Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon, on January 17 to be treated for alcoholism, following an all-night drinking binge at the Golden Globes on January 15, 2007.



Since checking into Wonderland, Lindsay has taken calls from journalists on her mobile phone, been allowed out to film her latest movie 'I Know Who Killed Me' and shopped on Rodeo Drive.
