DRUNKARD TARA REID PAYS OF DENNIS RODMANS NEIGHBOR AFTER SMASHING INTO HIS CAR

Go Figure Tara Reid gets drunk and does something stupid! I know this is shocking news for everyone but...

According to an eyewitness, Ms. Reid's "pupils were clearly dialated, for what reason I don't know." After exiting their respective vehicles, Tara told the owner of the other vehicle that she "didn't want to deal with insurance," and promptly handed the gentleman $700 dollars to "forget it ever happened."



Apparently, the eye witness took the money and looked the other way. I am guessing as a stumbling Tara wobbled away!
